We’re getting in touch regarding the recent announcement about EB Games closing its New Zealand stores. As you may have seen in the media, EB Games has confirmed that all NZ stores and their distribution centre will close on 31 January 2026.

If you have an EB Games Gift Card, please be aware of the following:

• Gift Cards must be used in‑store or online before 31 January 2026.
• According to the EB Games website, customers who have unused Gift Cards may be eligible to request a refund directly from EB Games.
